Friends, it has been such a beautiful experience journeying with you this winter. Words cannot adequately express my gratitude to you and the inspiring women who shared their self-care practices with us. I've loved every minute of it!
With the light slowly returning and spring just around the corner, I hope you'll consider joining me for my upcoming program:
If you're anything like me, you've been hibernating a wee bit much these past few months and are now itching to get outside. The world is awakening and it's time for us to emerge together...
I hope you'll join me for writing and creativity prompts, self-care tips, and even a photo scavenger hunt!
And one last thing before we bid a final farewell to the Winter Self-Care series...
I’m offering one more giveaway!
This self-care package was lovingly curated with you in mind. Each time I bought something for myself, I bought a little something for you too.
It's my way of saying thank you. Truly. You blow me away with your love and soulfulness.
You will always have my heart. <3
The self-care package includes (from left to right):
Theo Chocolate: Delicious organic fair trade chocolate made right here in Seattle. You'll receive two of my favorites: Sea Salt and Cherry Almond (both 70% dark).
Hard Times Require Furious Dancing by Alice Walker: A beautiful book of poetry by an inspiring woman and writer.
HOPE cards from Compendium: I have a box of these little cards and love to open them whenever I need a pick-me-up. I also randomly hand them out at the office from time to time. Proceeds from this purchase benefited the Volunteer Park Conservatory.
Get Happy: Herbal tea blend from The Republic of Tea. Rooibos red tea with lemon myrtle and peach. Also made with lemon balm for a calming effect, as well as St. John's wort and rhodiola for stress relief.
Beach treasures: Sea glass and shells handpicked for you from the beaches of the Salish Sea.
Starfish pendant: Handcrafted jewelry purchased from one of my favorite shops, Wish & a Rainy Day in Port Gamble, WA.
Lavender Wind Farm lip balm & bath salts: Just a few goodies from one of my favorite places on Whidbey Island. Oh, and this lip balm? It's not just for lips... I've used it on burns, cuts, scrapes, and chafed skin. Total magic.
Compendium notebooks: I'm a big fan of this Seattle-based company's products, especially their journals and notebooks. For you, I picked out two Her Notes notebooks, one small and one large. These were purchased at Tickled Pink, my favorite shop in Port Townsend, WA.
Torch Illumination: Locally made 8 oz. soy candle in a lovely Honey Almond scent. And of course, because I love companies with a mission: 10% of proceeds go to environmental conservation efforts.
MarketSpice Tea: Black tea from the historic MarketSpice tea shop at Pike Place Market, in their signature flavor Cinnamon Orange. So warm and comforting!
Joyous Light: I bought a package of these back in early December and have used them at home and in my office. I definitely did not struggle with seasonal affective disorder this winter like I have in the past... and I have a feeling these lights helped me tremendously!
Limited Edition Heritage Ball Jar in Purple: Because everything looks prettier in a mason jar and purple is my favorite color. <3
The deadline to enter the drawing will be Sunday, March 8th at 11:59 p.m. PST. A winner will be chosen and announced here on Monday, March 9th. Best of luck (and thanks again!)
